Data Analysis
For quantitative studies
- Prior to data entry, all questionnaires are scrutinized for completeness
and accuracy manually by analysis supervisors.
- PRISM follows a double entry system for data collected through surveys.
The data entered is then validated through pre-programmed software to
check inconsistencies in the data.
- For quantitative studies, PRISM uses Stata and/or SPSS to analyse
the data collected.
For qualitative studies
- Transcriptions are carried out by trained and experienced professionals
with researchers checking randomly
- Experienced researchers are used for content analysis following the
approved content coding sheet.
